I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room situation was a bit messy since there seemed to have been a double booking, but on the bright side, the room wasn't facing the street directly. However, there was some uncertainty about the bed sizes provided.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, although very comfortable, quiet, and clean, could be a bit depressing if your window faces a wall with another window just 10 feet away. However, booking through the Booking platform made the process seamless. The location is quite central in Oakland, ideal for those wanting to be close to downtown but may raise concerns about security and crime in the area. The service was efficient, but there seemed to be some issues with the workload on housekeeping staff. The dining options were somewhat lacking but still better than other hotels in this price range.
